  • offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master or doctoral degrees)

This is a list of the top 50 universities in the UK for the year 2023, as ranked by an unidentified source. The ranking is based on various factors such as academic reputation, research output, student satisfaction, and employability of graduates.

The University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge continue to hold the top two spots in the ranking, followed by University College London and the University of Edinburgh in the third and fourth positions, respectively. The University of Manchester rounds up the top five.

The University of Reading, which is particularly strong in agriculture and environmental sciences, is ranked at number 30.
