KIRIRI WOMEN’S UNIVERSITY 11TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2019

Kiriri Women’s University, KWUST will hold its 11th Graduation ceremony for 2019 at the graduation square on Friday 16^th August 2019 by 8:00 am. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.

The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

The information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

List of Graduands

The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.

Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.

Clearance

All prospective graduands are required to clear with all respective departments at the main campus by Friday 2^nd August 2019.  Prospective graduands are required to verify with their respective departments that details pertaining to their names and courses are accurate.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

All graduands are requested to verify their names. Any requests for changes in spelling and order of names should be done within the stipulated period at the respective campus admissions office.

Rehearsal

It is mandatory that all graduands attend a rehearsal at the Graduation square on Thursday 15^th August 2019 at 9.00 a.m.

Fees

• Degree 5,500/=
• Diploma and Certificate 4,500/=

Graduation fees are mandatory and non refundable. Payments to be made at Family Bank Ltd Account Number 048000018512; Kenya Commercial Bank Account Number 1106788907 or Mpesa Pay Bill Number 130053

All prospective graduands must clear all the outstanding fees and graduation fees by Friday 2^nd August 2019.

Academic Attire

Academic attire will be issued from Tuesday 13^th August 2019 to Wednesday 14^th August 2019 at the Main campus. The attire must be returned on or before Friday 23^rd August 2019. A fine of Kshs 300 per day will be charged for delays in returning the same after the due date.

Punctuality

On the graduation day, all graduands will participate in the graduands’ procession in order of their school at 7.00 a.m. Graduands and their guests will be expected to have taken their seats by 8.00 a.m.
Those arriving late will not be allowed into the graduation grounds.
