Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences (BSc.MLS)
- KCSE mean grade of C+ (plus) and C+ (plus) in Mathematics/Physics, Biology/Chemistry, and English/Kiswahili Or KCSE C (plain) and Higher National Diploma/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences. Diploma holders must be registered with KMLTTB.

Bachelor of Science in Dental Technology.

- (Upgrading) Mature Entry: Diploma in community Oral Health from an institution recognised by Mount Kenya University Senate.
Diploma in Community Oral Health (Dental Therapy)
- KCSE mean grades C (plain) and C (plain) in English/Kiswahili, Biology/Biological Sciences and C-(minus) in any two of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics/Physical Sciences, and Mathematics/Agriculture/Home Science.
Diploma in Dental Technology
