Kabale University, KAB Online Application Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

This article contains information on the Kabale University, KAB application form and requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes for the 2024 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

Online Application Process (Step by Step Guide):

1. Initiate the Application:
   • Visit the Kabale University admissions portal at admissions.kab.ac.ug.
   • If you are a new user, click on “Sign up” to create your application account. You’ll need to provide a username (often your email address) and set a password.
2. Account Activation:
   • Log into your newly created account using the username and password you set up during the sign-up process.
3. Start Your Application:
   • Once logged in, click on the “Apply Now” button.
   • Browse through the list of available programs and select the one you wish to apply for by clicking on “Apply Now” next to the relevant program.
4. Fill in the Application Form:
   • Carefully fill in all required fields in the application form. This will include personal information, educational background, program choice, and any other required information.
5. Submit Your Application:
   • After filling in all necessary information, review your application to ensure all details are correct and complete. Then, click on “Submit” to send your application to Kabale University.
6. Application Fee Payment:

• • Follow the prompt to “Pay for Form.” You can choose between Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or the Bank option.
  • For bank payments, a thirteen-digit Zeepay Reference Number will be generated. Present this number at any bank or bank agent to make your payment of UGX 50,000 (plus any applicable bank charges).
  • For mobile money payments, follow the instructions to complete the transaction from your mobile phone.

Hardcopy Application Process (Step-by-Step Guide):

1. Obtain the Application Form:
   • Visit Kabale University or any designated Liaison Office to pick up an application form. Alternatively, you may be able to download the form from the university’s website.
2. Complete the Form:
   • Fill out the application form accurately, providing all requested information, including personal details, academic records, and programme selection. Ensure your name matches the one on your academic documents and national ID.
3. Attach Required Documents:
   • Attach certified copies of your academic documents, such as O’Level and A’Level result slips or certificates, diploma transcripts (for postgraduate applications), and any other relevant supporting documents.
4. Submission:
   • Return the completed form along with the attached documents to the Kabale University admissions office or the specified collection point.
5. Pay the Application Fee:

• • Visit payment.kab.ac.ug to generate an invoice for the application fee. Note the Zeepay Reference Number and make the payment at any bank or bank agent.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
