We are happy to present to you the Kyambogo University, KYU 16th Graduation List – 2019. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
KYAMBOGO UNIVERSITY 16TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2019
The Academic Registrar would like to inform all students who satisfied their examiners and qualified for the conferment of Degrees and award of Diplomas and Certificates that the 16th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th December 2019. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance
All graduands should be financially verified by the Finance Officers at the respective Faculties/ Schools/ Departments by 30th November. The following are the fees for the· graduands:
| a) | Graduation fee | 100,000/ = |
| b) | Transcript fee | 30,000/ = |
| c) | Certificate fee | 30,000/ = |
| d) | Convocation fee | 10,000/ = |
| Total | 170,000/= |
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation Requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
The registration exercise for graduation is ongoing at your respective Faculties/ Schools/ Departments and will end by the 30th November 2019. You .are required to confirm the spelling of your names.
Punctuality and invitation Card
The invitation cards for Graduands and their guests will be ready for collection from before the graduation day from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated by 8.00 am.
