The Chalimbana University, ChaU Admission Requirements: 2024/2025 for all the courses at the undergraduate, diploma and postgraduate level is updated every year. Therefore, this article contains the full list of all the undergraduate and Postgraduate courses coupled with their general requirements.
For admission into programmes of study at the Chalimbana University, ChaU for any first degree or second degree, an applicant must have the following requirements for a successful admission.

General Admission Requirements to Undergraduate Programmes
- Passes at Credit level or better in at least five relevant subjects which should include English Language in the Zambian School Certificate, General Certificate of Education ‘O’ level or ‘O’ level Cambridge Overseas School Certificate.

Entry requirements for a Postgraduate degree Programme
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited University in a subject or subjects relevant to the course applied for.
Entry requirements for a Masters degree Programme
(a) For admission to the Master’s Degree of a candidate shall either hold an honours degree of the or a qualification from an
approved institution of higher learning, deemed to be equivalent
to an honours degree of the ChaU University.
(b) Candidates who hold unclassified degrees should have a credit
or, a distinction in the subject of the intended Master’s Degree.
