For admission into programmes of study at the Southern Acacia University, SAU for any first degree or second degree, an applicant must have the following requirements for a successful admission.
SOUTHERN ACACIA UNIVERSITY, SAU UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Entry requirements for all degree programmes:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree shall have a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credits or better including English Language.
- Diploma programmes shall have at least three (3) relevant ‘O’ level credits or better including English Language.
SOUTHERN ACACIA UNIVERSITY, SAU POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Entry requirements for a Postgraduate degree Programme
- A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited University in a subject or subjects relevant to the course applied for.
Entry requirements for a Masters Degree Programme
- For admission to the Master’s Degree of a candidate shall either hold an honours degree of the or a qualification from an approved institution of higher learning, deemed to be equivalent to an honours degree of the SAU University.
- Candidates who hold unclassified degrees should have a credit or, a distinction in the subject of the intended Master’s Degree.
Entry requirements for a PhD degree Programme
- For admission to Doctorate Degree of a candidate shall either hold a Masters degree of the or a qualification from an approved institution of higher learning, deemed to be equivalent to an honours degree of the SAU University.
