Application for admission into the United Church of Zambia University, UCZU is basically online or by post depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.
United Church of Zambia University, UCZU Online Application Procedure
- Simply complete the United Church of Zambia University Online Application Form stated below and upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by our administrative department.
- Your application will be completed once all of the necessary fees have been paid.
United Church of Zambia University, UCZU Offline Application Procedure
- An Application Form can be obtainable from the university upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
- The application form will be required to be accompanied by an authenticated Photostat copy of the statement of results and any other documents in support of such application.
- The Application Form must be accompanied by the required documents.
The University will advertise in the media for applications to be submitted by eligible candidates. Applicants will be made through completion submission of application form online as explained earlier or obtainable from the university upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The application form will be required to be accompanied by an authenticated Photostat copy of the statement of results and any other documents in support of such application.
Successful applicants will be informed through letters of acceptance which will include the fees payable, the mode of payment of the fees and other relevant requirements.

The fees payable will include:

- Insurance
- Caution
- Examination
Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
Medicals
International students will be required to have valid medical insurance. Further students will have access to the campus clinic or shall be determined by the university management.
