This is to inform all the prospective candidates offered provisional admission or probably seeking admission into the University of Africa, UoA for 2024/2025 academic session that the management of the institution has released the amount they are required to pay as acceptance fee.

Other Costs
There are some costs that do not apply to all students, which cannot be included in the tuition fees as not all students have to pay them.
The following fees are compulsory for some students:

Fees are structured in such a way that each individual student can decide what is most suitable payment option (Payment in advance with discount or payment in installments) that suits them best.
Fee Payment Policy
Application Fee
This payment is due at the point that the student completes a formal application for UOA. It is a one-off fee and is non-refundable. The fee is applicable for each application.
Registration Fee
This payment is due at the point that any student formally accepts an offer for studying at UOA. The registra- tion payment guarantees a student’s place at UOA and demonstrates the student’s commitment.
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee described above is either payable in full before start of the course with the described discount or the students can opt for a payment plan with a defined deposit, set instalments and payment timeline as described below.
Payment Plan
Monthly instalments are payable as per fee structure above on or before the last business day for the 5 consecutive months following the month in which the deposit/registration fee is paid. For this purpose a paymnt plan has to be signed by the student and UOA and payments have to adhere to the agreed timeline.
The student has to sign such a tuition fee payment plan and first payment has to be done with signing the payment plan before the beginning of the study course.
Tuition fees not paid by the due date will result in the student having no access to residential sessions or exams or assignments. Equally reports or transcripts will be withhold until full payment is made.

Please always ensure, that for each payment the Student Name and Student ID Number is indicated to ensure immediate tracking of your payment and payments made.
All bank charges (your bank and the UOA charges) relating to the transfer will be paid by yourself.
Payments in “Foreign currency” from outside the country will be calculated based on the bank’s exchange rate on the date payment is received.
Cash payments at UOA offices are not allowed.

I even applied last time but could not continue with the education due to some communication barrier .the reason was genuine I was told the the number of staff was reduced due to covid 19 . should I start afresh with the fees or you will consider the the k1000 I paid as registration fees
