We are pleased to present to you an updated list of Lenmed’s latest vacancies for March 2023 and how to apply. It involves the job titles, roles/responsibilities, requirements and the salary involved.

Vacancies

Every year Lenmed publishes vacant positions for interested & qualified South African citizens to apply for. This year is no exception. Therefore the Jobs are listed below, together with their requirements, roles, salary and qualifications.

This Circular is published on a weekly basis and contains the advertisements of vacant posts and jobs in Lenmed. Although the Circular is issued by the Lenmed’s Team is not responsible for the content of the advertisements. Inquiries about an advertisement must be addressed to the relevant advertising department.

LENMED CAREER (VACANT) POSITIONS, ROLES, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 

Applications are invited from qualified persons for the positions shown below.

1. Human Resources Officer

Role Summary:

  • We are looking for a Case Manager to enhance the quality of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle and is expected to assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needs.

Inherent Requirements:

  • A three-year Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent
  • NQF level 7 qualification
  • Minimum 3- 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience, operating as a transformation or change agent
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • SAP and Kronos time and attendance experience will be an advantage

2. Enrolled Nurse – Theatre OR

Role Summary:

  • The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients and will function under the direct and/or indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse and Unit Manager.

Inherent Requirements:

  • Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Compliance with the SANC code for an Enrolled Nurse and all applicable health care legislation
  • Relevant 2 Year experience in the nursing discipline would be an advantage – Theatre
  • Computer Literacy
  • Flexible in working hours/Shifts

HOW TO APPLY FOR LENMED JOBS

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING::

  1. A position becomes vacant at Lenmed:  A position becomes available, which Lenmed decides to fill either internally or externally.
  2. The position is advertised: The job is advertised on Lenmed careers portal, internal notice boards. A closing date is also indicated on the advert(s).
  3. A shortlist is created: Applicants who meet the minimum requirements are shortlisted by HR and the line manager. Depending on the number of shortlisted candidates, applicants may be required to do assessments or are invited for an interview.
  4. Shortlisted applicants are invited to an interview: The line manager, team member and HR are present at the interview. Depending on the outcome of the interviews, it’s possible to select the best applicants based on their interview and CV.  If there is a “tie” between candidates, further interviews or assessments can be requested.
  5. The position is filled: The best candidate for the job is selected. We make an offer. The applicant then either accepts or declines the offer.
