Fee Waiver Scholarship for the UK and EU Students in England – 2022/2023

Application for the Fee Waiver Scholarship for the UK and EU Students in England – 2022/2023. Entry is now open at the De Montfort University in England.

This free education program is only available for the home and EU candidates in undertaking a master’s degree program in Investigative Journalism. Total four educational awards are available in this program, each worth £8,170. These two are funded by DMU and two by Channel 4.

De Montfort University was known as Leicester School of Art in 1870 and received its university status in 1992. It is a public university located in the city of Leicester, England.

The Scholarships are one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.

FEE WAIVER SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Scholars are selected on the following criteria:

  • Citizens from the UK and EU are worthy.
  • Candidates can apply for an MA in Investigative Journalism degree program at the university.
  • Must not enjoy any other award from the university.
  • Only an undergraduate degree will be acceptable.
  • The candidates are expected to have good skills in the English language.

FEE WAIVER SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • In order to apply to this grant, the aspirants must have to take admission in an MA Investigative Journalism degree program at the university. After that, they send their application for the fund to richard.danbury@dmu.ac.uk.

Application must include:

  • You need to submit a video of no more than four minutes, an essay of up to 2000 words, and a personal statement 300 words, with academic transcripts and curriculum vitae.
  • Only applications that have been submitted (with the International Office and registered on the website of the scholarship) before August 26, 2022  will be considered.
