The application for the Freshman Awards for the academic year 2023/2024 is now open by William Paterson University for all International Students in USA.
The William Paterson University hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the 2023/2024 Awards. The William Paterson University has set-up a tertiary awards to bolster capacity, expertise and work opportunities related to different sectors. It is intended for tertiary students at the Undergraduate. The university will provide financial support for high achieving candidates. William Paterson University will provide the selected incoming freshman merit-based scholarship funds towards their undergraduate study. Their award may be renewed for up to three additional years of undergraduate study. William Paterson University has allocated awards specifically for the following fields below.

Education creates opportunities for youth to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to participate in the economy, achieve upward mobility, and change the world for the better for all in it.
For the Freshman Awards, we are looking for students who will be meeting the admission requirements and other eligibility requirements of the hosting universities stated below.

- Students can apply from an undergraduate study programme offered at William Paterson University.
Candidate Requirements
Eligible criteria are:
- All international and domestic students are eligible to apply for this award.
- The applicants must be incoming freshman students.
- Students must meet the requirements for admission of the university.
- The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
- TOEFL IBT – 80
- TOEFL PBT – 550
- TOEFL CBT – 213
- IELTS – 6.0..
