The program is open for outstanding applicants to apply to full-time undergraduate studies. It will cover 50% of tuition fees available for students from India, Kenya, Malaysia, South Africa, Tanzania, Turkey, USA, and the US 100% Fully Funded Tuition fee is also available for students from India and the USA. Newcastle University will provide 50% or 100% of tuition fees for the successful students.

NEWCASTLE VICE-CHANCELLOR’S SCHOLARSHIPS ELIGIBILITY

Scholars are selected on the following criteria:

  • To be considered for the 50% of scholarships applicants must:
  • be a national of one of the following countries: India, Kenya, Malaysia, South Africa, Tanzania, Turkey, USA
  • be assessed as international for fee purposes
  • hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city-centre campus for the 2021/22 academic year
  • already have or expect to receive a minimum of ABB at A Level or equivalent
  • To be considered for the 100% scholarships applicants must:
  • be a national of one of the following countries: USA, India
  • be assessed as international for fee purposes
  • hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city-centre campus for the 2021/22 academic year
  • The requirements are different according to the country, so candidates need to check the requirements based on their country.
  • Students are advised to take the TOEFL or IELTS test for demonstrating the English language ability, only if their first language is not English.
