This serves to notify the under-listed prospective students that the Office of Academic Registrar, Gulu University has released the lists of applicants admitted under Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), as well as Ugandan students with foreign qualifications admitted on private admission for the academic year 2022/2023.

All students admitted under the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Schemes 2022/2023 are informed that admission letters are ready.

Please collect your admission letter [in person] from the Assistant Registrar at the Faculty/Institute, Gulu University Main Campus, on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m, on presentation of the following documents:

1. Identity Card from your previous school/National ID.
2. A-Level and O-Level result slip, Diploma and/Degree Transcript/Certificate.

Note:

1. Admission letters will not be issued to third parties
2. You are advised to keep copies of the admission letter in secure place; as there is no provision for a replacement once lost.
