The academic calendar for 2024 academic session as approved by senate of the Makerere University, MAK.
- Semester Two: Saturday: 18th January 2020 to Saturday 16th May 2020 (17 weeks)
- Semester Two Examinations: 27th April 2020 to 17th May 2020 (3 weeks)
- Recess Term Saturday: 16th May 2020 to Saturday 25th July 2020 (10 weeks)
- Recess Term Examinations: 20th July 2020 to 25th July 2020 (1 week)
