24HR Critical Services Learnership Benefits
The 24HR Critical Services Learnership provides a multitude of benefits, including:
- Comprehensive Training: This Learnership is a full qualification, combining structured unit standard-based learning with practical workplace experience, equalling a total of 132 credits.
- Job-Ready Skills: Upon completion of the Learnership, participants will become competent in various areas such as one-stop call resolution, handling electronic communication, and providing effective call centre services.
- Invaluable Experience: Learners will gain experience in a highly pressurised environment, learning to maintain customer service standards and manage electronic communication effectively.
- Stipend: To help cover basic expenses during the Learnership, participants will receive a minimal stipend.
24HR Critical Services Learnership Eligibility
To qualify for the 24HR Critical Services Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African Citizen with a valid SA ID.
- Aged between 18 and 35 with no criminal record.
- Hold a Matric certificate with a D / level 4 symbol pass in English language.
- Currently be unemployed and not studying full-time.
- Display a passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire and potential to learn.
- Able to cope with a constantly changing and pressurised environment.
- Have basic computer skills.
