ASSMANG Pty Ltd is offering an exciting Internship Programme at their Black Rock Mine Operations, located 80km North-West of Kuruman in the Northern Cape. This initiative is designed to address Assmang’s critical and scarce skills, while providing a structured Graduate Development Programme (GDP) for unemployed youth. The programme aims to equip emerging labour entrants with the necessary skills and experience to thrive in a professional working environment.

ASSMANG Internship Eligibility
The programme is open to unemployed and suitably qualified graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Must be living with a disability.
- Must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma.
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must be aged between 18 and 35.
- Must have no active criminal record.

ASSMANG Internship Application Procedure
To apply for the ASSMANG Internship Programme, you will need to submit the following documents:
- An updated CV.
- Proof of qualification obtained.
- Certified copy of South African ID.
- Medical certificate confirming disability.
- Proof of residential address.
Please note that shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews, psychometric evaluations, and medical assessments as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996. Contractual obligations will be communicated upon appointment.
