Bolt, a prominent player in the tech industry, is re-launching its internship program, The Bolt Outternship, with a focus on empowering women and driving change in the technology sector. Bolt Outternship Application Procedure
The application process for the Bolt Outternship is straightforward and involves four stages:
- Initial Application: Applicants are required to fill out an online form where they answer a questionnaire, select their area of interest, and submit their CV. The form can be accessed here.
- Video Submission: Shortlisted applicants will then be asked to submit a video of themselves responding to a case study in less than 2 minutes.
- Interviews: Successful candidates from the video submission round will be invited for interviews.
- Offers: Offers will be extended to five successful candidates after the interview process.
Bolt Outternship Application Dates
The application window for the Bolt Outternship opened on May 3 and will close on June 2. This year, the Outternship runs from July until September. It is a paid internship, and a strong background in the offer areas is not a prerequisite, as Bolt believes in the power of starting somewhere and growing from there.
