The Eskom offer a Learnership opportunity to unemployed learners to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the Eskom Plant Operator Learnership Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The Eskom Plant Operator Learnership Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. Eskom provides an learnership opportunity in the following areas listed below:

  • Plant Operator

ESKOM PLANT OPERATOR LEARNERSHIP ROLES, APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

Qualification(s):

  • Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50% and English 40% or
  • N3 with Maths 50%, Engineering Science 50% and English 40% or
  • NCV Level 4 Maths 50% Physical Science 50% and English 40%
