SAB DynamX Trainee Programme Benefits
The DynamX Trainee Program is a meticulously curated, highly competitive 24-month program designed to grow and develop graduates. The primary aim is to build technical capabilities in line with their career aspirations and expose them to a fast-paced corporate environment. Here are some key benefits of the program:
- Segmented Learning: The program is divided into segmented fixed-term contracts, offering a structured learning experience.
- Robust Evaluations: Progression into each phase of the program is based on thorough evaluations, ensuring only the deserving move ahead.
- Cross-functional Experience: The program offers rotational cycles every six months, enabling trainees to gain experience across various teams within the business area.
- 70-20-10 Rule: The program follows this rule, where 70% of knowledge comes from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.

SAB DynamX Trainee Programme Eligibility
To be a part of this highly ambitious program, candidates must:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various areas such as Finance, People (Psychology or HR Related degrees), Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Have no more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date. Internship, vacation work, and short duration contracts do not apply.
- Have a completed bachelor’s degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) achieved within the requisite timeframe.
- Possess legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country.
- Be geographically mobile within South Africa.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and be able to quickly adapt to new systems.
