Sasol Electrical Engineering Technician (NPE) Eligibility
To be eligible for these exciting roles, you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a National Senior Certificate or N3 certificate with Mathematics, Engineering/Physical Science, and English/Business English.
- Hold a completed S4 or S5 from a University of Technology in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current for the first role and Light Current / Instrumentation for the second role) excluding P1 and P2. A letter from the University stating this requirement will be necessary.
- Alternatively, you may hold a completed National (S) Diploma; BTech or BEng Tech degree in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current for the first role and Light Current / Instrumentation for the second role).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment medical examination and a physical fitness assessment as part of the selection criteria.
- Preference will be given to applicants currently residing within Sasol’s fence line communities. Proof of address will be required.
