- Identity Proofs: Scanned or certified copies of your Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate (if applicable), National ID, or International passport
- Academic Credentials: This includes your O-Level Certificate, A-Level Certificate, any university or college transcripts, Diploma Certificates, and Degree Certificates if you have them.
- Supporting Documents: A Writing Sample, a Statement of Purpose, and a Passport Photograph
Personal Details:
- Basic details like name, gender, marital status, current contact address, citizenship, place of birth, and date of birth
Writing Sample:
Prepare a writing sample, either handwritten or typed, between 250 and 300 words. You may choose from a variety of suggested topics or select a topic of your choice. Examples of topics include personal history, the meaning of your name, a brief speech, or a summary of your favorite book.

Arrupe Jesuit University (AJU) Online Application Procedure
Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth application process:
- Visit the Online Portal: Head to the Arrupe Jesuit University Online Application Form.
- Personal Information: Fill in your personal details, including name, contact address, email, phone number, gender, marital status, and citizenship.
- Program Selection: Choose your desired program, either an Executive certificate or short course or a diploma or degree.
- Documentation Upload: Attach the necessary documents, such as academic credentials, a writing sample, a statement of purpose, and a passport photograph.
- Sponsorship Details: If your education is sponsored, you will need to provide details about your sponsor, including their name, address, contact number, and email.
- Recommendations: Provide the names and contact information of three individuals who will be writing letters of recommendation for you. Ensure that these recommendations are sent to admissions@aju.ac.zw.
- Declaration: Confirm the authenticity of the information provided in the application form.
- GDPR Agreement: Consent to the General Data Protection Regulation agreement for data protection and privacy.
