Application for admission into the OAK University is basically online or offline depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.

- Application forms can also be obtained from Customer Care, Impala House, 2nd Floor, Cha Cha Cha Road. upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of K100.00 for Zambians or USD 30.00 for non-Zambians. Payment for applications forms should be made either at Cairo Business Centre Branch, Account Number 5671114500138-ZANACO or contact the digital team on 0975907678.
- When applying please make sure that you attach copies of your educational certificates, transcripts and any other relevant information.NB All documents must be in the form of PDF
- A non-refundable fee is chargeable during the application.
- No application is valid unless the appropriate application fee has been paid. Application forms can be accessed through an online application or downloaded below.

OAK University offers courses at the undergraduate level. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session.
Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
