CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF GHANA ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

Application to CUCG is basically by post notwithstanding your preference. We therefore advise applicants to begin the application process early. To become a student at the Catholic University College of Ghana, you have to note the following:

Offline Application Procedure

(I) DOMESTIC APPLICANTS/GENERAL ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Steps to Complete the Offline Application Form
  • Applicants will submit their completed application forms on or before the dates indicated clearly showing their choice of Faculty.
  • The Admissions Committee will review the list of applicants and determine the final selection.
  • The Admissions Committee will respect the preferences of applicants as much as possible, but may assign applicants to another faculty on the basis of their second or third preference.
  • The Admissions Committee will inform the successful applicants who will then proceed to register.

(II) INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Foreign Applicants/Ghanaians Abroad should follow the general admission procedure stated above. 

Note that no application will be processed without proof of payment of the fee.

CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF GHANA APPLICATION FEE

  • A non-refundable deposit of Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc 800.00) will be paid at the time of acceptance.

  • The Catholic University College of Ghana Application Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.
