Online Application Procedure

(I) DOMESTIC APPLICANTS/GENERAL ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Before moving to the online application platform, applicants must have the following
  1. Obtain a Pin and Serial Number by acquiring an E-voucher
  2. CSUC On-line Application E-VOUCHERS can be obtained by ;
  • Ghanaian applicants for GH¢80.00 (Undergraduates) and  GH¢180.00 (PostGraduates) 
  • International Applicants can purchase the eVoucher online using MTN Mobile Money or VISA Card for an amount of US$ 80(Undergraduates) and US $180(PostGraduates). 
  • Click here for Online Purchase of eVoucher. Ghananian applicants can purchase them at any Branch of the following banks;
    • Ecobank Ghana
    • HFC Bank
    • Fidelity Bank
    • Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB)
    • Agric Development Bank (ADB)
    • UniBank
    • Fidelity Bank
    • Universal Merchant Bank (UMB)
    • First Capital Plus Bank
    • Local and
  • Applicants in the following categories are expected to apply using the E-VOUCHER:
    • WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants
    • Diploma Applicants
    • HND Holders
    • Graduate Applicants

You can also obtain E-vouchers now via Mobile Money, the banks or by VISA/MASTERCARD for international students.
To buy via mobile money, Follow these steps
  1. Dial *887*18#
  2. Enter the institution Code: CSUC
  3. Select a form type: Degree or Postgraduate
  4. Authorize Payment
  5. Receive E-VOUCHER  (Serial Number and PIN)
Steps to Complete the Online Application Form
  • Click Here to go to the Online Admission Portal
  • Type in your Pin and Serial Number and fill the form.
  • Print the completed form and attach all the necessary documents
  • Submit the printed  form
(II) INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Foreign Applicants/Ghanaians Abroad should follow the general admission procedure stated above. 

Note that no application will be processed without proof of payment of the fee.
