HO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Application to HTU is basically online despite your preference. We therefore advise applicants to begin the application process early. Applications are received from both Ghanaian and Foreign applicants. Foreign applicants are however advised to contact the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) for a detailed interpretation of their results. - E-vouchers can be obtained from any networked branches of GCB Bankat the following cost:
- Bachelor of Technology Applicants – GH¢150
- HND Applicants – GH¢140
- Mature Applicants – GH¢150
- Non-Tertiary Applicants – GH¢140
- International Applicants – USD 100
NOTE: All mature applicants will pay an additional amount of GH¢150.00 on or before the day of the Entrance Examinations at the University campus. The GH¢ 150.00 will cover the cost of the Entrance Examinations.
- You can also obtain E-Voucher from MTN Mobile Money or VISA/MasterCard through our online admission system process provided below:
- Click on GET SERIAL/PIN button on the Login Form located on the right. A pop up window will show up for you to fill in your details.
- Fill the payment platform form and select MTN Mobile Money from the Payment Options
- Click Submit, then an SMS and/or Email containing the E-voucher details (Serial Number and PIN) will be sent to you. In addition, the E-voucher details (Serial Number and the PIN) will also be displayed on the Admission Login page.

In which month does the matured application form comes out?
Throughout this week the GCB do not have HTU e-voucher
Can I apply for HND with my NVTI cert ii?
Please I have applied for HTU and I’ve been able to print out the first two pages of the form but the third page is blank and i only received a form number but till now , the third page is still blank. Please help me

please, I purchased the E- voucher to fill HND admission form for my ward but when am filling the form, it wasn’t going through especially at the stage of writing the subjects, so am worried.
I bought the e-voucher GHC 180.00 and later saw that HND is GHC 140.00. So, I don’t know what might be the cause.
