Historical Background of the Perez University College
It was started as a Bible College in September 1992 in Tamale, Northern Ghana by Bishop Charles Agyinasare. It was then called World Miracle Ministerial College (WMMC) and later Miracle Ministerial College (MMC) when it was relocated in Accra when the founder moved in 1994. In 2013 the institution’s name was changed to Perez College (when the Church’s name was changed to Perez Chapel) with authorization from the National Accreditation Board.
Perez University College and its two schools are duly accredited by the National Accreditation Board – Ghana since 2007. The School of Theology has affiliation with the Trinity Theological Seminary and the School of Business is affiliated to the University of Cape Coast. These mentor institutions have the oversight responsibilities over the courses, training and certification of both schools.
Perez University College is registered with the National Accreditation Board (NAB) under the provisions of Regulation 14 (1) of the Tertiary Institutions (Establishment and Accreditation) Regulations, 2010 (L.I. 1984). Our current accreditation as per its NAB Certificate No. 0000562
