TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA 7TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2019
The Technical University of Kenya is pleased to announce that the 7” Graduation Ceremony will be held on Wednesday 18″ and Friday 20″ December 2019 at 9.00 am. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.

The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance
Only graduands who will have cleared with the respective departments by Friday 15th November 2019 will be allowed to graduate. Clearance requires graduands to complete the “Application to Graduate Form” available online in the students’ portal through click on Fee Statement link.
Please note that any graduand who fails to clear on time will be omitted from the convocation list.

Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Academic Attire & Rehearsals
The convocation and academic attire fees will be charged as follows:

All graduands MUST be dressed in full academic attire to participate in the rehearsal and the graduation ceremony. The academic dress will be available only to graduands who will have successfully printed a final copy of the personalised “Application to Graduate Form” before the deadline. Collection of the academic attire will be from the offices of the respective Directors of Schools between 12th and 16th December 2019.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Upon collection of the academic attire, graduands will be given invitation cards for two guests only No person below the age of 18 shall be allowed into the Graduation Square.
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated by 9.00 am.
