Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in ESUTECH is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Prospective students of University of Science and Technology are to obtain the JAMB Forms, choose Enugu State University of Science and Technology and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Board as prescribed in the relevant advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise. Also, applicants must complete the online University of Science and Technology Application Forms. ESUTECH Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:- Visit the schools portal via www.portal.esut.edu.ng
- Under Regular Students, click 2023/2024 Admission Screening Registration.
- In the page that shows up, key in your JAMB Reg. No. and Click.
- Key in the required details in the next page to generate your invoice.
- On the invoice page, you have payment options using Interswitch; which include:
- By Bank Branch: This involves you proceeding to any commercial bank with a printout of the generated invoice which contains a reference number which you would use for payment of N2000 (excluding service charges) via Enugu State IGR paydirect.
- By Debit Card: This involves you paying online with your Debit Card.
- Return to the application page and enter your ‘JAMB Registration Number’ again.
- Proceed with the completion of the form.
- Confirm your entries.
- Submit your application.
- Print out your acknowledgement slip.
Make sure that your application is complete

All applicants starting a new qualification must present all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:- UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
- EBSU Post-UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy) JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for DIRECT Entry candidates
- O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
- addressed to The Registrar, the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (original and photocopy)
- EBSU Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
- Passport Photographs
