Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in FUT Minna is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Prospective students of FUT Minna are to obtain the JAMB Forms, choose Federal University of Technology, Minna and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Board as prescribed in the relevant advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise. Also, applicants must complete the online FUT Minna Application Forms. FUTMINNA Post UTME/DE Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
- Kindly visit the FUT Minna Registration Portal
- Enter your JAMB registration number.
- Enter one of your names.
- Click on ‘Login’.
- On a page that appears, you are required to upload your recent coloured passport photograph in JPG format (Width 150 px, Height 170 px).
- Choose another course from the list of departments if your UTME/’O’ level subject combinations do not meet the minimum requirements for the course registered with JAMB.
- Status of ‘O’ Level results (click on the appropriate box).
- Click on ‘Proceed to payment gateway’.
- Confirm your entries.
- Click on the payment link button to proceed to payment gateway.
- Payment is done through Debit Card (MasterCard – Most preferred) or Verve (only the ones enabled for online payment) or Bank branch (by generating RRR from application portal).
- Enter ATM Debit card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV 2 i.e the 3 digits behind your card, and pin number)
- If payment is successful, the screen will display all the data you previously entered.
- Click on the ‘Print’ button to print the document
- Keep the printout and take it to the UPASE venue
FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, MINNA APPLICATION FEE
Eligible applicants are required to pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00 only), through Remita Platform. This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through FUTMINNA, do not qualify for admission to FUT Minna or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available. FUT Minna does not accept cash at any of its offices. The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through FUT Minna is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.FUT MINNA APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All applicants starting a new qualification must present all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:- UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
- O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
- FUT Minna Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
- Passport Photographs
- The printed 2019/2020 University Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE) scheduling slip.
- A writing material (Biro or Pencil).
- A simple scientific calculator (non-programmable) without cover.
