Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in MU is basically under 2 entry method which includes the
UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Prospective students of Madonna University, Okija are to obtain the JAMB Forms, choose Madonna University, Okija and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Board as prescribed in the relevant advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise. MU Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
1. Scan your passport, birth certificate, O level and JAMB results and save the scanned credentials in a device.
2. Open a web browser, e.g Chrome, Opera-mini, Mozilla fire fox, Internet-explorer etc
4. Complete the Application form (fill correctly using Upper Case all through, except for your e-mail)
5. Please don’t fill anything in the space for Maiden Name if you are a male or if you are currently single.
6. After filling and successfully submitting your form, upload your scanned credentials according to how it is indicated on the page by clicking on ‘browse’
7. After selecting the credentials accordingly, click submit
8. After successfully submitting your form, copy or print your application number for example (2019/2020/app/00012) and access code.
The application number is what you will use to make any payment in the Bank pending when the student is fully admitted into the school.
your login access code is your ‘surname’ and you have to type it the way you typed it during your portal registration, each time you want to login
9. Payment of Medical test ₦6,000 (Six thousand Naira only) at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank nearest to you
10. Medical test, Sighting of original credentials, oral interview at ADMISSION OFFICE of any of the Madonna University Nigeria campuses (Elele, Okija and Akpugo).
11. If the Interview is successful, pay your school fees at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank nearest to you.

The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.

- UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
- MU Post-UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy) JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for DIRECT Entry candidates
- O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
- addressed to The Registrar, the Madonna University, Okija (original and photocopy)
- MU Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
- Passport Photographs
