Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in SU is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry.
SU admission requirements through UTME
To gain admission into the Salem University in 2024, UTME candidates must meet the following requirements:
Candidates applying for admission into 100 level undergraduate programmes must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. Awaiting result is also accepted.

- SSCE/NECO Result (Awaiting Result Accepted).
- Two Passport Photographs.
- A Letter of Sponsorship, stating the commitment to pay the prescribed fees.
- A Reference Letter from a spiritual mentor, vouching for your character.
SU admission requirements through Direct Entry
Candidates who wish to gain admission through direct entry into the Salem University (SU) must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates applying for Direct Entry into 200 level must possess the following
- JAMB UTME result print-out.
- A/L, IJMB, OND or NCE in the relevant courses.
- SSCE/NECO Result (Awaiting Result Accepted)
- Two Passport Photographs.
- A Letter of Sponsorship, stating the commitment to pay the prescribed fees.
- A Reference Letter from a spiritual mentor, vouching for your character.
