NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in UNIZIK is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Application to UNIZIK is basically online by following the following steps stated below.

UNIZIK Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
- Click on Create AccountEnter your UTME REG Number and a valid email address (GMAIL ACCOUNT PREFERABLY, because there may be delays in receiving messages on other email accounts) and click Send. A verification code will be sent to your email instantly
NOTE: if you send multiple email verification request, use the last VERIFICATION CODE sent to your email
- Copy the verification code and click on Continue on the form, enter your phone number, password, verification code (copied from email), select the access level and click on Submit
- NOTE: Your login (EMAIL AND THE PASSWORD YOU CHOSE)details will be sent to your email address instantly
- Continue with the application by logging in with the login (EMAIL AND THE PASSWORD YOU CHOSE) credentials sent to your email
- After successful login, click on Step One, click on Generate Application Form RRR
- Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank of your choice nationwide to make a payment of N2,000 only
- Login to the portal, click on Step Two, click on Confirm Payments
- Type in the RRR for the Application Form in the RRR text box and click on ‘Verify payment’
- Once the Confirmation for the payments is successful or if the notification is that your payment is already been confirmed, you can proceed to step Three to fill your application form
UNIZIK APPLICATION FEE
Eligible candidates are to pay the sum of N 2000 by following the payment method as stated in the application procedure.
This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through UNIUYO, do not qualify for admission to UNIZIK or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available. UNIZIK does not accept cash at any of its offices.
The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.
Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through UNIUYO is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.
UNIZIK APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All applicants starting a new qualification must present all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:
- UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
- UNIZIK Post-UTME Acknowledgement Slip (Coloured and photocopy) JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for DIRECT Entry candidates
- O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
- UNIZIK Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
- Passport Photographs
