Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

AFRICA RENEWAL UNIVERSITY, AFRU ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Application for admission into Africa Renewal University is basically by post notwithstanding on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.

• Fill the form with the necessary documents attached as well as with the original copy of the application fee payment deposit slip and send to:

• The application fee is indicated on the application form
• The University account information is also indicated on the application form
• No application is valid unless the appropriate application fee has been paid. Application forms can be accessed through an online application or downloaded below.

Africa Renewal University, AFRU offers undergraduate courses at Diploma levels besides those offered at the Postgraduate degree levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

Only complete applications, which consist of the following, will be processed:

• A signed and completed application form.
• Non-refundable application fee of 30,000 UGX.
• Official copies of all secondary, post-secondary, college and university certificates.
• Pastor’s / Church Leader’s recommendation.
• 10 recent passport size photographs.
• Copy of passport and student visas for all foreign students.
• A brief statement of purpose stating the applicant’s career goals, why he/she is joining ARU and what they plan to do after completion.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
