We are happy to present to you the Higher Education Students Financing Board (HESFB) Student Loan appeal list for 2024 academic year. The management of the institution has released the names of successful applicants accepted.
The Office of the Executive Director, Higher Education Students Financing Board (HESFB) has released a list of applicants who applied and have been considered for sponsorship under the Student Loan Scheme for the Academic Year 2022/2023.
The total number of Successful applicants to the Students’ Loan Scheme for the academic year 2022/2023 is 1,146 after several appeals by those who were denied on first try.
The successful appellants are distributed in 18 institutions with 8 offering Diploma programmes and 75 undergraduate degree programmes. Kampala International University, Makerere University, Ndejje University and Kyambogo University took the majority of the successful appellants.
HESFB was established with an additional mandate of sourcing for funds, allocating and disbursing student loans to Ugandans pursuing higher education in recognized institutions of higher learning. It also has the mandate to recover all mature loans disbursed since 2004.

hello i cant access the list of sucessfull applicants for the accademic year 2022/2023
After wasting all the little money processing, putting everything needed and you don’t go through.
I am not on the list ,yet also applied last year ad I was not given for 2nd Time of application for loan scheme please help me study and pay later when I started working ,am also needy Ugandan who need help
Don’t lose hope when you have not been considered for a number of tries keep trying you will eventually be considered.
