- Diploma Holders: Must possess a 2nd Class or Credit Diploma from a recognised institution. Certified diploma transcripts are required.
- Mature Age Applicants: Should have passed Makerere University’s Mature Age Entry Examinations for specific dates.

- A non-refundable application fee of UGX 110,000 for Ugandans, East African applicants, and USD 75 for International applicants is required.
