Mbarara University, MUST will hold its 26th Graduation ceremony for 2019 on Friday 26th october 2019 at Mbarara University Main campus in Kihumuro. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.
The information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

All students expecting to graduate but are missing on the list because of marks issues are expected to report to the University and have the marks issues addressed by Friday, 27th September 2019
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Ensure that your names are correctly spelt and are in the right order and spelling as they will appear on the Certificate and Official Transcripts (as per your National ID or Passport). Kindly liaise with your Department for confirmation.
Rehearsal
Graduands who wish to participate in the graduation ceremony MUST avail themselves for the rehearsals. Please note that rehearsal is mandatory for participants; you should therefore make every effort to attend and MUST wear your academic dress.
Fees
All fees due including Graduation fee and exemptions or transfers should be cleared in full. Please submit the deposit slip to the University’s Finance office for receipting. All graduands are expected to clear completion fees by Friday, 27th September 2019
Academic Attire
Graduands will be expected to wear the full academic attire. The gowns will be picked from the Registrar’s Student Registry Office. You are requested to come with your national Identification Card (a must) and a carrying bag for the regalia.
Note that only graduands in full graduation attire will be allowed to enter into the Graduation square. The Academic dress will be returned to the same office after graduation.
Punctuality
You are about to become a member of alumni of Africa Nazarene University. Let us be Christ-like and professional in the way we dress and in keeping time in all that we do. Graduands’ parents/guardians/sponsors and other guests should be seated by 9.30 a.m.
During graduation your parents, family and friends will be permitted to stand near their seats while you receive your degree. Please ask them to remain standing at their seats and not to move toward the platform.
