NKUMBA UNIVERSITY UGANDA, NU ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Application for admission into the Nkumba University is basically online or offline depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.
Nkumba University Online Application Procedure
- Simply complete the Nkumba University Online Application Form through the application portal stated below and upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by our administrative department.
- SIGNUP using your Full Name, E-mail and Mobile Phone Number. (Please note that your name must be similar to the one on your supporting academic documents for your application to be considered valid).
- A password will be sent to both your e-mail and mobile phone number.
- The system will prompt you to change the password to the one you can easily remember.
- Login and to fill a form, click on the APPLY NOW button displayed on the running scheme.
- Once all details are filled, click SUBMIT FORM.
- Obtain a payment advice slip by clicking on the “Pay for Form” button
- Make a payment in either DFCU, ABSA or STANBIC BANK
- Dial *272*6# on either Mtn or Airtel
- Select option 3-Admission
- Select option 3-Pay Fees
- Enter reference number obtained from the application portal
- Details of Application form will be confirmed
- Enter PIN to confirm payment
- Enter PIN to confirm payment
Nkumba University Manual Application Procedure
- An Application Form can be downloaded on our website HERE
- Application forms may be obtained from the Office of the Academic Registrar on payment of the stipulated – non- refundable fee payable to Nkumba University by cash or draft.
- The Application Form must be accompanied by the required documents.
Nkumba University, NU Uganda offers undergraduate courses at Diploma levels besides those offered at undergraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session. The admission procedure includes the Master’s Program applicants.
Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

Application forms can only be submitted with the non-refundable fee.
