STUDENT EMAIL SYSTEM
Once you are registered at Damelin or any institution within the Eduvos group, you will be assigned an official Microsoft Office 365 student email account in the format studentNumber@vossie.net. This account is used for all internal academic communication, including access to the MyLMS learning platform, course materials, assignment submissions, and communication with lecturers. This is not a public contact address — prospective students and external parties should not attempt to send emails to @vossie.net addresses. For all admissions and general inquiries before enrolment, use customercare@damelin.co.za.
HOW TO AVOID SCAMS WHEN CONTACTING DAMELIN
Fraudulent actors have been found targeting prospective Damelin and Eduvos students through fake free training schemes on social media and impersonation of official university representatives. To protect yourself:
- Only use email addresses ending in @damelin.co.za, @damelinonline.co.za, @eduvos.com, or @damelin-matric.co.za. Any other domain claiming to represent Damelin should be treated as suspicious.
- Never make tuition payments outside of the official university payment systems. All payment queries go through payments@eduvos.com. No legitimate Damelin representative will ask you to pay via bank transfer to a private account, cryptocurrency, or gift cards.

HOW TO OPEN AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATING WITH DAMELIN UNIVERSITY
