Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

LILITHA COLLEGE OF NURSING ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

It is in your best interest to apply before the deadline as space is limited per course.

In your email, please attach the following relevant documents: certified copies of your ID, Matric certificate/statement of results or any other relevant qualification.

• You will need the following documentation when registering at Lilitha College of Nursing:
• An official, completed and signed in black ink, Lilitha College of Nursing registration form
• A certified copy of your South African ID book or passport
• A certified copy of the account payer’s (parent/guardian) South African ID book or passport
• A certified copy of your National Senior Certificate or Statement of Results or any other relevant qualification
• Two passport sized photo’s (colour)

Students should follow the below procedures when applying:

• Adverts are placed in the local newspapers (Daily Dispatch and Herald) in April/May period as well as on the website of the department: www.impumelelo.ecprov.gov.za to invite applications from suitable candidates for all programmes offered at the Lilitha College of Nursing.
• Before submitting the application and paying the application fee, please take note of the minimum admission requirements for all programmes of your choice.

NB Application fees are non-refundable

• On your application form, please attach your identity document, necessary school reports and deposit slip which indicates that you have deposited the application fee for that specific programme.
• Closing dates will be indicated in the advert for that specific year.

UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and Orbit TVET College students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.

Orbit TVET College does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

Application fee is indicated in the application form.

Make sure that your application is complete

If your application for admission to study through the Lilitha College of Nursing is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.

LILITHA COLLEGE OF NURSING APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:

• Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
• Most recent Academic results
• Certificates/Qualifications
• Municipal billing document/other account statements (not older than 3 months)

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE)

• Study Permit (valid for the duration of the study period)
• SAQA Foreign Qualifications Evaluation (www.saqa.org.za)
• Passport
