Following the institutional consolidation of Varsity College, Vega, and MSA into the unified Emeris brand, the MyEmeris portal now serves as the official digital hub for all academic, administrative, financial, and student support services from the 2026 academic year onward.
All returning or new students, upon resumption, need to select courses, access academic resources, view schedules, interact with lecturers, manage finances, submit assignments, and access support services through the MyEmeris platform.

STATUS OF THE OLD VARSITY COLLEGE PORTALS IN 2026
The former Varsity College systems have been consolidated into the MyEmeris ecosystem as part of the Emeris institutional rebrand.
- Old VC Learn Portal: The previous VC Learn platform at https://myvc.iielearn.ac.za/ has been fully integrated into the MyEmeris platform and may no longer function independently.
- Classic Student Portal: The former Varsity College student portal at https://student.varsitycollege.co.za may still be accessible temporarily but is considered deprecated and subject to decommissioning.
Students are advised to use the official MyEmeris portal for all academic and administrative activities in 2026.
HOW TO RECOVER YOUR MYEMERIS STUDENT PORTAL FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?
- To reset your password, click the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and submit your registered email address or username.
- If your account is found in the system, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to regain access.
