The Kwame Nkrumah University, KNU wishes to inform the postgraduate (PG) distance learning students that the commencement dates of the 2022/2023 Academic Years are as follows:
KNU COMMENCEMENT DATES FOR 2020 ACADEMIC SESSION
TAKE NOTICE that further to the directive from the Ministry of Higher Education and by the resolution of the University Senate at its meeting held today, Monday, 21st September 2020, the University will re-open on Sunday, 27th September 2020 for Term one (I) of the 2022/2023 first year students as well as all the other returning students to conclude Term Three (Ill) which commenced via e-learning in June 2020 and thereafter begin their Term one (I) of the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
Therefore:
- First year 2022/2023 students are advised to pay at least 50% of their Term one fees.
- Returning students that have already paid their Term three (111) tuition fees shall not be expected to make any payment in respect thereof except for accommodation.
- Returning students that made a part payment of their Term three (111) tuition fees are advised to make good of their outstanding obligation being the total fees payable for the said term less what could have already been provided.
- All students are informed that the University shall NOT provide any meals to any students but that the students will be expected to prepare their own meals from the designated cooking points that have since been provided.
- All students shall be expected to come with their own preferably washable face masks and hand sanitisers for use during their stay on campus.
