Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates wishing to study in the following undergraduate degree programmes, postgraduate programmes commencing in April 2024, and postgraduate programmes commencing in August 2024, on distance learning.

KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY DISTANCE EDUCATION ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Application forms may be obtained in person from the Academic Office, at the Open and Distance Learning Unit at East Campus and Main Campus, or by visiting the university’s official website.
- Applicants in possession of a diploma in their respective field from recognised institutions will be excluded from the 1st year and shall start in the 2nd year of study.
- Application forms are free. Completed applications should be accompanied by certified copies of certificates or statements of results and a bank deposit slip.

The two categories of entries are listed below:
A. Postgraduate Programmes Entry
Admission Criteria
- Full Grade 12 School certificate or
- A first degree from a recognised
- Special entrance requirements are prescribed by the relevant school or directorate.
B. Undergraduate Programme Entry
Admission Criteria
- Full Grade 12 or Form Five (5) Certificate with a minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level Credits in English and any other four (4) subjects.
- For the natural sciences, the 5 “O” levels must include mathematics.
- Or a Diploma in the relevant field from a recognised institution
