This article gives a reminder on the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Grade 7, 9, 12 and GCE Registration deadline i.e the application closing date for the 2020 examination. It also contains the link to the ECZs application information and the registration portal.
The Examinations Council of Zambia wishes to notify all stakeholders and the general public that registration of candidates for the 2020 Examinations at Grade 7, 9 external and Internal, 12 and GCE levels is stated below.
Note that registration is being done online through our Online Candidate Registration System (OCRS) which has been open since 1st November, 2019 for schools and exam Centres to register candidates.
Candidates in examination classes are advised to complete their registration for the 2020 Examinations in the remaining time before the stipulated deadline by making necessary payments (Where applicable) and submitting details.
UPDATE: This serves to inform parents, candidates and member of the public that the deadline for the Registration of Candidates for the 2020 Examinations for Grades 7, 9,12 and GCE has been extended further from today, 28th February 2020 to 7th March 2020.
This is to allow ALL eligible candidates to be registered for the 2020 Examinations and verify their entries at the Centres.
Kindly take note of the above deadline and visit any registered Examination Centre/School for more details on the registration process.

GRADE 7, 9, 12 AND GCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Applicants are required to take note of the application deadline below:
- Grade 7, 9 external and Internal, 12 and GCE Exam Registration 2020 is scheduled to close on or before 29th February 2020.
- The Examination registration Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.
- There shall be NO EXTENSION to the registration of Candidates after 7th March 2020.
- Further, we wish to notify you that the Grade 7 and 9 Statements of Results for 2019 Examinations will be made available for access on our e-Statement Platform on or before 14th January 2020.

The OCR system has not been available for the past five days, cannot register remaining candidates, cannot view and print provisional register.

Your site is not reached, this has posed a challenge to enter the remaining candidates. When is the problem going to sorted out?

Comment: Despite the extension up 7th march ZANACO is not accepting payments on ecz a/c.
