Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

ACCRA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, ATU ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

Application to ACT is basically online or offline depending on your preference by following the following steps stated below. To become a student at the Accra Technical University, ATU, you have to note the following:

1. All applicants are required to obtain e-vouchers (login details) by bankers’ draft payable at the cash office of Accra technical university. OR dial the short code *389*288# to pay and receive your e-voucher by SMS (All Networks).
2. An international student should send a request for admission through email to info@atu.edu.gh.
3. Click here to log on to the admission system with the e-voucher number and pin for the 2024/2025 academic Year admissions.
4. Follow the steps of the online admissions system to complete your application.
5. Applicants must print out copies of the completed online application forms and submit them together with true certified copies of relevant documents, including certificates and result slips to the address:

• O. Box Gp 561, Accra

Note that no application will be processed without proof of payment of the fee.

The cost of application forms for the various programmes is as follows:

1. Bachelor of Technology (BTech)             –           GH₵ 200.00
2. Higher National Diploma (HND)             –           GH₵ 200.00
3. Mature Applicants                                      –           GH₵ 200.00
4. Non-Tertiary                                                 –           GH₵ 200.00
5. Pre-HND                                                          –           GH₵ 200.00
6. Professional Programmes                        –           GH₵ 200.00
7. International Applicants                          –           Free                                       

MATURE APPLICANTS ARE TO NOTE THAT: THE COST OF TUITION (CLASSES) AND THE MATURE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS GH₵ 600.00 ELIGIBLE MATURE APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SUM OF GH₵200.00 AND GH₵ 600.00
