This article contains information on the Accra Technical University, ATU Application form and requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate for the 2023/2024 academic year. Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

ACCRA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, ATU ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

Application to ACT is basically online or offline depending on your preference by following the following steps stated below. To become a student at the Accra Technical University, ATU, you have to note the following:

1. All applicants are required to obtain e-vouchers (login details) by bankers’ draft payable at the cash office of Accra technical university. OR dial the short code *389*288# to pay and receive your e-voucher by SMS (All Networks).
2. An international student should send a request for admission through email to info@atu.edu.gh.
3. Click here to log on to the admission system with the e-voucher number and pin for the 2024 academic Year admissions.
4. Follow the steps of the online admissions system to complete your application.
5. Applicants must print out copies of the completed online application forms and submit them together with true certified copies of relevant documents, including certificates and result slips to the address:

Note that no application will be processed without proof of payment of the fee.

ACCRA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, ATU APPLICATION FEE

The cost of application forms for the various programmes is as follows:

1. Bachelor Of Technology (Btech)                             –           Gh₵ 170.00
2. Hnd (Full-Time & Part-Time)                                   –           Gh₵ 140.00
3. Mature Applicant (Hnd Full-Time & Part-Time)     –           Gh₵ 160.00
4. Non-Hnd                                                                    –           Gh₵ 130.00
5. Pre-Hnd                                  –           Gh₵ 130.00
6. Professional Programmes (Adilt, Dilt & Cilt)       –     Gh₵ 100.00
7. Foreign Students Application Form                         –           Usd 100.00

Mature applicants are to note that:

The cost of tuition (classes) and the mature entrance examination is gh₵ 350.00 Eligible mature applicants are required to obtain two (2) separate bankers’ drafts with the sum of gh₵ 160.00 and gh₵ 350.00 respectively, covering the cost of the application form, tuition (classes) and mature entrance examinations, payable to Accra technical university.

• HND (Morning):  30th August 2023
• HND (Evening):  30th August 2023
• One year Technician Programmes:  30th August 2023
• DBS/SLT I/ADV. FASH:  30th August 2023
