Ministry of Health (MOH) Recruitment Portal 2026 | hr.moh.gov.gh
This article contains information on how to gain access to the Ministry of Health (MOH) Recruitment Portal 2026.
The Ministry of Health (MOH) has enabled its official online recruitment portal for the 2026 recruitment cycle. The portal is created for prospective job applicants to create an account, log in, submit applications, check clearance status, and track their application progress.
Important changes for 2026:
- There is no eVoucher or form purchase required in the 2026 cycle. The application is completely free. Do not pay anyone or any website for an application form.
- The portal now uses Ghana.GOV authentication. When you log in, you will be redirected to the national Ghana.GOV service to complete the authentication. This is normal and secure.
- All applications must be submitted exclusively through the official portal at https://hr.moh.gov.gh/. Do not use any third-party website.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND REGISTER FOR THE MOH RECRUITMENT PORTAL SYSTEM
The following is the official guide on how to register and apply on the MOH Recruitment Portal for 2026.
- Check your financial clearance first — before creating an account, visit https://hr.moh.gov.gh/check-clearance and enter your Index Number and full name exactly as they appear on your professional council’s records. You cannot create an account or apply without financial clearance.
- Medical Officers — use your Medical and Dental Council (MDC) registration number
- Nurses and Midwives — use your NMC index number
- Pharmacists — use your Pharmacy Council PIN
- Allied Health Professionals — use your respective professional council PIN
- Create your account — if cleared, go to https://hr.moh.gov.gh/register and provide your Index Number, full name (as it appears on official documents), a valid email address, and a registered phone number. This is a one-time registration.
- Log in to the portal — visit https://hr.moh.gov.gh/login using your email address or phone number. You will be redirected to the Ghana.GOV authentication service to complete verification. This redirect is part of the official process — do not navigate away.
- Complete your application — once logged in, go to your dashboard, search for available positions, and fill in all required sections including personal details, educational qualifications, and professional history. Enter all details exactly as they appear on your official documents.
- Upload supporting documents — attach scanned copies of required documents, which may include your birth certificate, passport photograph (white background), professional registration certificate or PIN, academic certificates, and transcripts. Accepted file formats are typically PDF, JPG, or PNG. Ensure files are clear and legible before uploading.
- Submit your application — review all sections carefully, then submit. After submission, log into your dashboard regularly to monitor your application status (e.g., “Under Review”).
Note on browsers: Use a modern, up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Internet Explorer is no longer supported and should not be used.
