It is announced for the information of prospective applicants and the general public that the Centre for Diploma and Basic Studies Programme, UHAS is offering the basic programmes for the 2024 academic Year leading to admission into Undergraduate degree programmes.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.
UHAS BASIC STUDIES APPLICATION PROCEDURE & ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must possess Ordinary Level, (WAEC) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) relevant credit passes in subjects which must include English Language for Arts; and English and Mathematics for Sciences and Social Sciences.

- Fill the form with the required personal information and attach the relevant documents as stated below.
- When you are done, kindly send the filled application form to the address within.

THIS APPLICATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:- ENROLLMENT CONTRACT (obtain a copy from the Head of UHAS Basic School)
- MEDICAL FORMS (medical authorization, immunization, health information & examination records)
- COPY OF STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT BIODATA PAGE
- TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS with a plain background
