It is announced for the information of prospective applicants and the general public that the Centre for Diploma and Basic Studies Programme, UHAS is offering the basic programmes for the 2024/2025 academic Year leading to admission into Undergraduate degree programmes.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.
UHAS BASIC STUDIES APPLICATION PROCEDURE & ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must possess Ordinary Level, (WAEC) or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) relevant credit passes in subjects which must include English Language for Arts; and English and Mathematics for Sciences and Social Sciences.

- Fill the form with the required personal information and attach the relevant documents as stated below.
- When you are done, kindly send the filled application form to the address within.

THIS APPLICATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:- ENROLLMENT CONTRACT (obtain a copy from the Head of UHAS Basic School)
- MEDICAL FORMS (medical authorization, immunization, health information & examination records)
- COPY OF STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT BIODATA PAGE
- TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS with a plain background
