CHUKA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE 8TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2020
Chuka University hereby notifies all stakeholders that the 8th Graduation Ceremony shall be held virtually on Friday 18th December, 2020, starting at 9.00 am in Chuka University Main Campus. All candidates and guests should tune in through the

Graduands and their parents/guardians should NOT come to Campus for the Ceremony. Only postgraduates (Doctorate and Masters graduands) will attend and represent all the other graduands. Thakaka University College students should clear financially and collect gowns from their Campus offices. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Graduation Fees
All candidates should confirm accuracy and order of their names from offices of respective Deans of Faculties, and meet all requirements, including payment of any outstanding fees, to facilitate inclusion in the graduation lists and printing of correct certificates and transcripts
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Graduation Gowns and invitation Card
Graduation gowns and virtual invitation cards should be collected in-person from respective Faculties on 14th and 15th December, 2020 only from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. The graduation gowns MUST be returned by 8th January, 2021 to the respective Faculty and Campus, after which a daily penalty of 500/= shall be surcharged.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 9.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated at the same time.
