- K.C.S.E; D plain (KNEC) Certificate, with at least a D+ in English and Mathematics;
- Holders of a Certificate examined by KNEC
- Holder of an Artisan Certificate
Associate In Procurement And Supply Of Kenya (APS-K)
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination with mean grade of C minus (C-);
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
Certificate In Accounting And Management Skills (Cams)
- The minimum entry requirement for the CAMS is KCSE mean grade D+ or its equivalent.
Diploma In Human Resource Management
- Holders of a KCSE C Minus (KNEC) Certificate
- Holders of Certificate of HRM by KNEC
Diploma In Business Management
- Holders of a KCSE C Minus (KNEC) Certificate
Certificate In Human Resource Management
- Holders of a KCSE D plain (KNEC) Certificate, with at least a D+ in English and Mathematics;
- Holders of a Certificate examined by KNEC
PROFESSIONAL COURSES
Certified Procurement And Supply Professional Kenya (CPSP-K)
A person seeking to be registered as a student for the CPSP examination must show evidence of being a holder of one of the following qualifications:
- Pass in APS K, or Degree from a recognized university, or
- Kenya Certificate Of Secondary Education (KCSE), mean grade C+ (plus) in with minimum C+ (plus) in English and in Mathematics, or
- Kenya Advanced certificate of education (KACE) with at least two principles passes and credits in mathematics and English at Kenya certificate of education (KCE), or
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya Institute of Supplies Management. (KISM)
Higher Diploma In Human Resource Management
- Holders of a First Degree from a recognized university PLUS KCSE grade C+;
- Holders of a Diploma in Personnel Management (BTEP) examined by KNEC;
- Holders of a Diploma in Human Resource Management (TIVET) examined by KNEC;
- Holders of Diplomas acceptable by KNEC;
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Aggregate C+ (Minimum grade of C in English and Mathematics)
- Have equivalent/relevant qualifications subject to approval by the Examinations Board (HRMPEB)
