We are happy to present to you the Kabarak University 21st Graduation List for 2025. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
KABARAK UNIVERSITY 21ST GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2025
Kabarak University wishes to inform all candidates who qualified for conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas and certificates in the 2024/2025 academic year, as well as members of the public, that the 21st Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday, December 19, 2025 starting at 9.00 a.m. at the Main Campus, Kabarak.
Graduands are advised to check below for the information on full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.
Further information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours. Only students who have passed their examinations and completed the application process by December 3, 2025, will be considered for the graduation list.
Clearance & Graduation Fees
Financial clearance is a mandatory step. You cannot graduate if you have an outstanding balance with the finance department. You must clear all outstanding fees by December 5, 2025. You must formally apply for graduation via the student portal by December 3, 2025.
Tip:Â Do not wait until the last day. Banking systems can experience delays. Keep your receipts safe as proof of payment.
List of Graduands
The provisional list of graduands will be available for viewing starting December 8, 2025. You can check the list via the official university website (www.kabarak.ac.ke) or notice boards at the campus. If your name is missing from this list despite having cleared your fees and exams, contact your school dean immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
The candidates are required to confirm the correct spelling and order of their names in the Graduation List. Any corrections should be reported in writing to the Registrar (Academic and Research). The names will be taken from the certificates the students had submitted for admission to the University as follows:
- Undergraduates programs – KCSE certificates or equivalent
- Masters programs – undergraduate degree certificates
- PhD programs – master’s degree certificates
Use the period between the release of the provisional list (Dec 8) and the final printing deadline to rectify any errors.
Rehearsal
To ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and maintains the university’s high standards of protocol, attendance at the rehearsal is crucial.
- Date:Â Thursday, December 18, 2025.
- Venue:Â Main Campus Graduation Square.
It is standard practice that graduands who fail to attend the rehearsal may not be allowed to participate in the main procession.
Graduation Attires
Graduation is a formal academic event requiring specific regalia. Details on gown hiring and collection dates will be communicated via the student portal.
Graduands are expected to wear formal attire beneath their gowns to uphold the dignity of the occasion.
Collection of Certificates and Transcripts
Graduation booklets will be issued to all graduates when they collect their certificates on the dates to be announced after the Ceremony.
Picking of Certificates
The certificate is the ultimate reward for your hard work.
- Certificates are typically issued after the ceremony, provided the graduate has returned the hired gown in good condition.
- Ensure your clearance form is fully signed to facilitate the release of your certificate.
